Under the Carmack Amendment, our liability for loss or damage is strictly defined. We provide standard coverage for all shipments, but high-value cargo requires additional declarations. Don't leave your assets to chance.

2. Warehousing & Storage Agreements
Our facilities at 8000 W Chester Pike operate under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Article 7. 3. Payment & Detention Terms
Net-30 is our standard. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly service charge. We're transparent about detention—drivers are permitted two hours of free loading time; thereafter, standard hourly rates apply. Efficiency is key. We respect your schedule, and we ask for the same in return.
